GAFFER Kili Climb

This blog will detail preparations for Kelly Reilly and James Gray King's attempt to climb Kilimanjaro in aid of the charity GAFFER. It should be both a huge personal challenge and accomplishment, and a great boon for GAFFER. So please join us on this journey, through all the fear and all the joy therein! GAFFER's aim is simple. It will provide simple but effective and sustainable solutions to the problem of limited sports facilities in rural Africa. In addition it will utilise the contact with the local communities to provide comprehensible Health Education in the face of the HIV epidemic and malaria crisis.
